Returns, Refunds, and Chargebacks Policy

At Global Girls Network, we are committed to providing exceptional service and high-quality
products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns,
refunds, and chargeback policies below.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible physical products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be
eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the
original packaging.
Return Shipping:
Global Girls Network covers return shipping. A prepaid shipping label will be provided
Upon approval of your return request.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will
be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds are available for:
- Physical products returned in original condition
- Digital services that were not delivered or malfunctioned
- Subscriptions canceled within the allowed window
Non-refundable items include:
- Downloaded digital goods
- Customized or personalized services

- Chargebacks
Global Girls Network takes fraudulent chargebacks seriously. If a chargeback is filed without first
attempting to resolve the issue with us, we reserve the right to dispute the claim with proof of
purchase, delivery, and communication.
